By using this website (hereinafter referred to as Zhabbler), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules). Failure to comply with the rules and/or disagreement with them will lead to the deletion of your account.

Basic conditions

• You are responsible for any actions or changes that occur under your pseudonym/nickname.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You must not harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate or intimidate users.
• You may not use the Zhabbler service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, nicknames, graphics, photographs, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, publish and display on the Zhabbler Service.
• You may not modify, adapt or hack Zhabbler or modify another website in such a way as to falsely imply that it is associated with Zhabbler.
• You do not have the right to hack or make the site unusable
• You may not create or send unsolicited email to Zhabbler members (“Spam”).
• You may not publish political content or content that may incite ethnic discord.
• You must not, in your use of Zhabbler, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these terms will result in termination of your account. Although Zhabbler prohibits such conduct and content on its website, you understand and agree that Zhabbler cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the website and, nevertheless, you may be exposed to such materials and that you use the service Zhabbler at your own discretion.

General conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Zhabbler for any reason and without notice at any time.
• We reserve the right to change these Rules at any time. If the changes constitute a material change to the Rule, we will notify you in accordance with the preferences specified in your account. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined in our sole discretion, in good faith, using common sense and reasonable judgment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use .
• Zhabbler allows images and text hosted on Zhabbler to be published on external websites. This use is permitted. However, pages on other websites that display data hosted on Zhabbler must contain a link back to Zhabbler.
